Webhooks

This is a placeholder for a future feature.

Webhooks will allow external systems to be notified when environment state changes, and optionally deliver the inventory. By delivering the inventory, external systems can perform more complex automation following a provisioning event by extracting details from the YAML document.

Webhooks will also allow Tuono to be notified of external content changes expected to be used in GitHub integration situations, such as managing blueprint lifecycle externally.
